JUNE 5 Class

This is the final day for editing and practicing your TED talk!

Use your time wisely;
 - come to class prepared.
 - bring a complete script to class
 - practice reading through your script with peers
 - listen to others read and offer ideas and encouragement
 - think about .... 
    ... making eye contact
    ... speaking loudly and clearly
    ... using gestures and movement
 All these skills help communicate your message and 
keep the audiences interest.


On June 12:

 - you MUST hand in your completed script to Greg at the start of class. No late scripts will be accepted.
(If you are absent that day you must email or have a friend give Greg your script before 9am on June 12)
 - It should have a title.
 - It should have your name and student number on the top.
 - It should be typed not hand written. 
 - It should not have any spelling or grammar mistakes.

May 22 class

Only ____ classes until the final TED talk presentations in June!!

For today's class (May 22) we will be discussing the following:

What did you learn from doing your 3 Pechakucha presentations?

How will they help you do your TED talk?

For those absent or who did not come prepared for class on May 15....
you must email me your presentation script and ppt today (May 15) and be prepared to present on May 22.  You may not get a chance, but you might.
 So, BE PREPARED!
